Controls
You move with the directional keys. Projectile is shot with O (auto aim). Class ability is executed with X
Progression/Gameplay loop
You spawn in the starting biome and kill enemies to level up. The farther out you walk (in any direction from the spawn) you will encounter new biomes and increasingly stronger enemies. Each 5 levels you will get a significant increase to attack damage, while hp and movement/attack speed increases per level. Max level is 20
Development
I have no prior knowledge on scripting/coding so I utilized a coding assistant bot to help with development. I did not feed anyone elses code into the bot to aid with development. I would give the bot code that the bot generated previously me as reference for applying it on other areas in the game.I started with a basic procedurally generated world with new biomes as you get farther out and a character with movement and enemy spawn. From there I asked the bot for small new features one at a time and asked the bot for help on implementing the code. It took a long time but I got the game where I wanted it. The cart art logo was also ai generated. All ingame sprites and music were solely created by myself.
Future plans
This is the current final version of the game. I recently added new classes and some polish
